Julie believes in a whole-body approach to care and maximizing patient outcomes through patient education. Her exercise philosophy includes performing strengthening exercises in a pain-free position, and reducing instability and joint dysfunctions through a combination of increasing tissue extensibility while strengthening muscle imbalances.
